摘要: Data on the incidence and prevalence of occupational contact dermatitis (OCD) are scarce, most our knowledge about OCD is derived from clinical case reports or studies in-and out-patients. Therefore, we investigated in epidemiological, prospective Audi cohort study (PACO study) incidences work-related hand eczema different apprenticeships AG. In total, 2078 apprentices were at start their apprenticeship systematically followed up over a 3-year period. At end study, information 2042 (98.2% follow-up) was available. The 1-year cumulative 9.2% (95%-confidence interval 7.8-10.7) metalworkers, 8.8% (95%-CI 7.0-10.7) other blue-collar workers, 4.6% 2.3-8.1) white-collar apprentices. 15.3% 13.6-17.2) 14.1% 11.8-16.5) 6.9% 4.0-10.9) females, higher compared to men (1-year 10.1%, 95%-CI 7.7-13.0, versus 8.3%, 7.1-9.5; 16.1%, 13.1-19.5 13.6%, 12.2-15.2). some occupations, like cooks, tool mechanics, milling cutters varnishers, significantly increased. those however, no job change necessary, notifiable occurred. not uniformly distributed Within first 6 months, particularly high rate occurred, which then declined remained steady lower 2nd 3rd years. results give important suggestions for preventive measures workplace effective pre-employment advices.
