摘要: Purpose: We conducted our study to compare the number of preneoplastic lesions in airways and nodules pulmonary parenchyma patients with resected non-small cell lung cancer whose treatment included chest radiotherapy. Experimental Design: Patients were eligible if they had successfully stage I II or advanced small treated radiotherapy without chemotherapy free for >2 years. underwent a history physical examination, white light fluorescence bronchoscopy, computerized tomography chest. The airway epithelium was examined histological changes, presence nodules. Results: Twenty-nine at risk studied between 1997 1999. Two an area moderate dysplasia ( n = 1) carcinoma situ 1), whereas one patient surgical resection alone mild dysplasia. Six other metaplasia detected their epithelium. Ten 13 compared 5 alone. Conclusions: Mild dysplasia, severe are unusual who have stopped smoking extended period time. irradiation may be higher than alone, but additional will need studied.
