摘要: An aluminium alloy surface with a microgroove array was fabricated via laser processing, and exhibited superhydrophobicity. The as-prepared showed excellent anti-adhesion properties potential self-cleaning behaviour. wettability of the investigated by measurement water contact angle. morphology chemical composition were characterised scanning electron microscopy X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively. successfully modified from hydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity processing. angle increased 155°, sliding reduced <;5°, without any modification. Water droplets on existed in an almost perfectly suspended state, resembling model Cassie state. superhydrophobic stability under conditions external extrusion. This easy inexpensive modification method is expected play important role extending applications alloys.
