摘要: Inspired by the anisotropy of rice leaf surface, high-speed wire electrical discharge machining (HS-WEDM) technology was used to build submillimetre-scale structures on 304 stainless steel surfaces, and fluorination treatment applied resulting surfaces. The wettability microstructure surfaces were investigated a large depth 3D scanner, scanning electron microscopy contact angle measuring instrument. durability fabricated surface evaluated wear tests. Results show that V-shaped groove arrays with hierarchical structure processed are built HS-WEDM. After treatment, as-machined good one-direction superhydrophobicity obvious two-direction (the parallel perpendicular directions) anisotropic wettability. effect size is discussed. tests sliding properties still exhibited after Fabricating rough HS-WEDM efficient does not require complex process operation area three-dimensional features. This method can realise industrial production.
