摘要: Abstract Thermal conductivities of a number vanadium and nickel substituted 2223 (BiPb) superconducting cuprates are reported between 10 150K. Substitution both in system influence strongly the magnitude thermal conductivity (K) pellets, above below Tc. The reduced temperature derivative normalised ( K S N ) for samples varies −0.78 −1.32. Evoking Wiedemann - Franz law relative carrier phonon contributions to total was estimated. Analysis KL data using Tewordt-Wolkhausen expression indicates that all phonon-defect scattering dominates We further calculate slope lattice at TC estimate is very large (>8), which strong coupling some carriers these systems.
