摘要: Abstract Thermal conductivities of a number vanadium and nickel substituted 2223 (BiPb) superconducting cuprates are reported between 10 150K. Substitution both in system influence strongly the magnitude thermal conductivity (K) pellets, above below Tc. The reduced temperature derivative normalised ( K S N ) for samples varies −0.78 −1.32. Evoking Wiedemann - Franz law relative carrier phonon contributions to total was estimated. Analysis KL data using Tewordt-Wolkhausen expression indicates that all phonon-defect scattering dominates We further calculate slope lattice at TC estimate is very large (>8), which strong coupling some carriers these systems.
