摘要: Low alpine Betula nana heaths were studied with regard to plant communities, species distribution, and environmental conditions. It is clear from cluster analyses PCA-ordinations that the distribution of winter snow most important factor for composition communities populations. Under deep conditions soil instability also as a differentiating factor. The numerical treatment data gives phytosociological grouping in eoncordance earlier opinions based on stand tabulations. analysis group into chionophobous, chionophilous, moderate bed species, an additional wide depth amplitude. Only few remain unclassified. ecological groups are readily identified PCA-ordinations. They independent differences numbers combinations.
