Since 2010, occurrence outbreaks increased region, with co-circulation dengue, chikungunya and Zika viruses. lack vaccines treatments for these pathogens led health authorities implement control measures. In study, we present genetic structure phylogenetic data obtained from analysis 270 Ae. collected infestation have American Asian origins. populations indicates a differentiation mosquitoes between western, central eastern island countries specific isolation context. This could related environmental conditions each country.
