摘要: Abstract In their 1982 paper, Frank Marcus from the University of Arizona and Guy Fontaine with group investigators Hopital de La Salpetriere provided a detailed description disease they called “arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia,” or ARVD. They defined ARVD as disorder heart muscle, leading to arrhythmias, predominantly involving (RV) myocardium, causing progressive fibro fatty replacement RV free wall subsequent enlargement focal regional motion abnormalities. The authors described in detail imaging-based features this disorder; utilizing angiography echocardiography. revealed most frequent an involvement specific regions (RV inflow tract outflow apex) defining it “the triangle dysplasia.” Chapter, we provide historical overview changes understanding definition ARVC/D. We also describe diagnostic approach 2010 ARVC/D Task Force Criteria.
