摘要: Two choline-based ionic liquids (ILs) were used as lubricant additives in the aqueous glycerol solution, and tribological properties of their different combinations investigated. They exhibit remarkable synergistic effects on antiwear friction-reducing abilities. The both ILs more significantly improve lubricity solution compared with independent additives. In addition, behavior optimal combination was explored under temperature load conditions. lubricating property additive formulation is weakened increase temperature, but enhanced load. worn surfaces analyzed using SEM-EDAX XPS. Meanwhile, Monte Carlo simulations performed to study adsorption iron surface presence water.
