摘要: This study aimed to quantify relationships between lower limb muscle strength and locomotor capacity for children adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP) identify key groups training. Fifty 6- 16-year-olds CP (Gross Motor Function Classification System level I or II) participated. Isometric of hip flexor abductor, knee extensor, ankle dorsiflexor muscles was measured using hand-held dynamometry. Ankle plantar concentric assessed as the maximal number unilateral heel rises. Locomotor evaluated by 6-min walk test (6MWT), 10-meter Shuttle Run Test (10mSRT), Timed Up Down Stairs (TUDS). With control age, sex, height, explained 47.8% variance in 6MWT 32.9% TUDS abductor isometric 43.5% 10mSRT. Avenues future research include randomized controlled trials that specifically target muscles, this has not previously been done, determining factors other than are likely related CP.
