摘要: To achieve optimal patient-centered care for people undergoing a Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA), communication should ideally be tailored. In previous studies, three clusters of patients or patient ‘roles’ were identified based on preferences and clinical psychological characteristics as starting point tailored in orthopedics. The current study aims to formulate initial guidelines the design information provision these roles. Two cases each evaluated storyboards with twelve (three, seven, two role, respectively). Generic functionality-specific indicated by participants both proposals. Similarities feedback per role provided basis generating an set role-specific guidelines, that can used solutions.
