摘要: Abstract Behn, Claus, Gustavo A. Dinamarca, Nicole F. De Gregorio, Viviana Lips, Ennio Vivaldi, Daniel Soza, Manuel Guerra, Raul Jimenez, Eduardo Lecannelier, Hector Varela, and Juan Silva-Urra. Age-related arrhythmogenesis on ascent descent: “Autonomic conflicts” hypoxia/reoxygenation at high altitude? High Alt Med Biol 15:356–363, 2014.—Purpose: To discern whether high-altitude (HA) may differ depending or descent, as well age. Methods: Male subjects (37.9±12.0 SD y, n=33) were separated into a young (Y) group (29.6±5.73 n=18) an older (O) one (47.9±9.83 n=15). All monitored by Holter electrocardiography while successively ascending (41.2±7.51 min) descending (38.7±6.68 between 2950 5050 m car passengers 25 km road in Northern Chile. Arrhythmic events (AE) ensued when the difference two consecutive RR intervals exceeded 0.16 sec. Results: From 311 AE registered, 29% occurred asce...
