摘要: During the course of investigations on a wild-type strain Lymantria dispar multinucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (LdMNPV), region viral genome was analyzed and found to contain 697 bp that is lacking in sequenced (5–6) LdMNPV (Kuzio et al., Virology 253, 17–34, 1999). The contains mutation 25 K few polyhedra (FP) gene, exhibits phenotype FP mutant. additional sequence located at approximately 81.4 map units within genome, 10 different genotypic variants analyzed. Since all virus strains analyzed, this should be included representative genome. Sequence analysis genomic containing sequences revealed presence homologue Autographa californica MNPV capsid-associated p24 gene (ORF 129). This absent isolate 5–6, also present Orgyia pseudotsugata MNPV, Bombyx mori NPV, Spodoptera exigua S. litura Mamestra configurata Helicoverpa armigera SNPV, H. zea Buzura suppressaria Xestia c-nigrum granulovirus, Plutella xylostella GV, Cydia pomonella GV.
