摘要: The nucleotide sequence of the genome nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) from Mamestra configurata (MacoNPV, isolate 90/2), a group II NPV, was determined and analyzed. MacoNPV DNA consists 155,060 bp has an overall G+C content 41.7%. Computer-assisted analysis predicted 169 open reading frames (ORFs) 150 nucleotides or greater that showed minimal overlap. BLAST searches comparisons with completely sequenced baculoviruses indicated there were 66 ORFs conserved among nine compared additional 17 NPVs. gene arrangement in most similar to those SeMNPV, including two putative odv-e66 p26 homologues.
