摘要: Abstract Epidermal cell suspension otained fron 3 symptom-free HIV-positive individuals were cultured and marked with monoclonal antibodies for the HIV proteins p15, p24 gp120 in alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline staining technique. For 2 individuals, cells positive after days culture, third, 4 days. Supernatant from one of cultures infected allogeneic peripheral blood mononuclear cells. We conclude that epidermal Langerhans are latent-infected able to produce release HIV.
