摘要: The solid state physical principles of MOS structure and their electrical characteristics is reviewed for its application to solar cells. various parameters like insulator thickness, resistivity the substrate, charge, surface-state density, minority carrier lifetime, crystal orientation that affects performance cells will be discussed. paper concluded with a summary recent developments in field.
