摘要: The ndhC and ORF159 genes of the maize plastid DNA (ptDNA) were sequenced was used to screen a library genomic blue-green alga Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803. cyanobacterial gene homologous (ORF157) isolated sequenced. In sequencing region upstream ORF157, reading frames with homology psbG ptDNA identified. overlap in ptDNAs maize, tobacco Marchantia polymorpha, but are separated by noncoding spacer Synechocystis. Northern blot analysis showed that ndhC, ORF157/159 cotranscribed three occur same order tobacco, M. polymorpha as amino acid sequences NDH-C, PSII-G proteins deduced from 65%, 52% 53% those However, higher plant NDH-C protein only 23% mitochondrial NDH-3 protein. Protein products vitro transcription/translation transcription unit had apparent molecular masses 6 kDa (NDH-C), 25 (PSII-G) 22 on lithium dodecyl sulfate (LDS) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. If these components an NADH dehydrogenase, cyanobacteria appear resemble mitochondria more than they do Escherichia coli Rhodopseudomonas capsulata regard this enzyme complex.
