摘要: Chloroplast ATPase (CF1) is composed of five subunits, three which (α,β and e) are synthesized within the chloroplast (see (1) for references) coded by genes (2). The γ δ subunits in cytoplasm presumed to be nuclear references). β e map close gene (rbcL) large subunit ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase but α located some 40 kb away on spinach DNA (cpDNA) In this paper we report results our investigations into structure organization from Spinacia oleracea Pisum sativum chloroplasts.
