摘要: The genes for the ribosomal RNAs and 14 chloroplast proteins have been identified located on tomato plastid DNA by hybridisation of probes from pea, wheat or spinach DNA. These include large subunit RuBP carboxylase, ATP synthase subunits alpha, beta, epsilon, I III, photosystem reaction centre P700, II 44 kDa, 51 D2 32 kDa cytochromeb-f complex cytochromeb-563, cytochromef 15 polypeptide. identity eight these was confirmed coupled transcription-translation plasmids immunoprecipitation specific antibodies. locations are similar to their positions tobacco
