摘要: Objective —To investigate the effects of QRS duration on characteristics left ventricular pressure pulse derived from time course functional mitral regurgitation by continuous wave Doppler. Design —Retrospective and prospective study 50 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, electrocardiography, echocardiography, Doppler cardiography. Setting —Tertiary cardiac referral centre. Patients —50 (mean age (SD) 58 (16)) all regurgitation. Results —The values ranged widely, 70 to 190 ms a mean value 110 ms, were unimodally distributed. The overall correlated positively ( r =0·65) over entire range values. When was divided into contraction, aortic ejection, relaxation times, increased prolonged contraction =0·51) =0·52) times. Aortic ejection affected RR interval =0·74). Duration negatively peak rate rise in (+dP/dt) =−0·48), intervals Q =0·49) +dP/dt =0·72), also those start =0·76). did not directly affect fall (−dP/dt), or isovolumic period. Conclusions —Values are distributed without evidence discrete group bundle branch block. Prolonged reduces +dP/dt, prolongs pulse, time. must therefore be taken account assessing standard measurements myocardial function cardiomyopathy.
