Modeling and control of piezoelectric inertia–friction actuators: review and future research directions

摘要: This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature regarding modeling and control piezoelectric inertia-friction actuators (PIFAs). Examples PIFAs are impact drive mechanisms (IDMs) friction-driving (FDAs). In this paper, critical challenges first identified in PIFAs. Second, general architecture is proposed to facilitate analysis classification covers all types (e.g., FDAs, IDMs) thus serves as conceptual model There an additional benefit with PIFAs, namely that it conducive innovation new specific may be designed order tailor application (for example, both FDAs IDMs viewed PIFAs). Finally, presents future directions for further improvement performance
