摘要: This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature regarding modeling and control piezoelectric inertia-friction actuators (PIFAs). Examples PIFAs are impact drive mechanisms (IDMs) friction-driving (FDAs). In this paper, critical challenges first identified in PIFAs.
