摘要: The layered-structural ceramics, such as lanthanum titanate (La{sub 2}Ti{sub 2}O{sub 7}), have been known for their good temperature and low dielectric loss at microwave frequencies that make them candidate materials high frequency applications. However, few studies conducted on the synthesis optimization by sol gel reaction, in particular acrylamide polymerization route. interest La{sub 7} ceramic has greatly increased recently due to effect of oriented grains. This anisotropy microstructure leads dielectric, electrical mechanical properties. In this study, grain was produced sol–gel characterizations samples were achieved thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM), transmission (TEM). indicates formation monoclinic perovskite nanocrystals is a necessary first step obtain orthorhombic LaTiO{sub 3} nanocomposites (with space group Pbnm). work we identified with P2{sub 1} transforms its structure into one Cmc2{sub approximately 1073 K. associated consisted flaky monoclinicmore » comparison round-shaped nanocomposites. - Highlights: • flaky-like compound synthesized Simultaneous monitoring DTA XRD performed.
