The Natural Course of Open Angle Glaucoma (Poster Exhibition)

摘要: Open angle may take a hypertensive or normotensive course characterized by continuous nerve fiber loss. The glaucoma comprises early and late congenital glaucoma, exfoliation pigmentary simple glaucoma. Most of these glaucomas have goniodysgenesis as primary factor. low-tension to certain extent where is rare. prognosis poorer in the group, but also treated lead blindness with inadequate strategy. Strict perimetric strategy will change treatment only retrospect thus too late. A prospective including surgery recommended.
