摘要: The Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) can cause a wide variety of cancers upon infection different cell types and induces highly variable composition the tumor microenvironment (TME). This TME consists both innate adaptive immune cells is not merely an aspecific reaction to cells. In fact, latent EBV-infected utilize several specific mechanisms form shape their own benefit. These have been studied largely in context EBV+ Hodgkin lymphoma, undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, gastric cancer. review describes composition, escape mechanisms, promoting properties these three malignancies. Mechanisms susceptibility which regularly involve genes related system function are also discussed, as only small proportion individuals develops EBV-associated malignancy.
