摘要: AIM: To investigate the interrelationship of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and EBV- encoded proteins with Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) infection expression c-met c-myc oncogene in gastric carcinoma, to explore their role carcinogenesis. METHODS: One hundred eighty-five carcinoma tissues were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-Southern blot for EBV genome situ hybridization (ISH) EBV-encoded small RNA 1 (EBER1).
