摘要: The aim of this double–blind, placebo–controlled study was to evaluate the effect intravenously administered morphine in humans using an argon laser induce experimental pain. Thirty volunteers were randomised receive a total 0.15 mg. kg-1 or saline. used determine possible change warmth thresholds and pin prick pain thresholds. Measurements performed before at 10, 20, 30 40 min after injection. During observation period increased 20.7% (P ≤ 0.05) from baseline (0.82 W ± 0.42 W) group while increase 14.3% seen placebo (Baseline: 0.91 ±0.37). pinprick 9.4% (P≥ (1.39 0.7 corresponding 4.6% (P> (baseline: 1.73 W±0.44 W). differences between not statistically significant thus it demonstrated that had no either feeling elicited by laser. present supports other investigations clinical experience suggesting intermittent is relieved unlike continuous pain, which can be morphine.
