摘要: In cranio-maxillofacial surgery, bone transplantation is needed for treatment of bony defects. An autograft, allograft or biomaterial can be used. Autogenous grafts are considered to the best materials available, but there some disadvantages in their use including donorsite morbidity, need a second operative site and limited graft supply. A search new bone-graft therefore remains necessary. We prepared mixture tricalcium phosphate (TCP), which resorbable, non-toxic, osteoconductive ceramic material e-caprolactone-lactide copolymer P(e-CL/DL-LA), resorbable polymer, placed it dermis mandibular defects 13 rabbits. Follow-up times were two, three, seven, eight, 12, 15 18 weeks, tissue reactions assessed, histologically immunohistochemically. Times resorption from tissues reported. found that caused mild inflammatory reaction when severe inflammation dermis. No highly fluorescent layer tenascin fibronectin was surrounding implant area. The excellent handle very easy place into results promising have led us continue development mixture. © 1999 Kluwer Academic Publishers
