摘要: In this study, specific methanogenic activity (SMA) tests were performed on textile sludge and food industry sludge. The from an activated was collected at the entrance of secondary biologic clarifier in a UASB reactor. Once collected, sludges characterized tested for SMA. It found that microrganisms present had SMA 0.17 gCOD-CH4 gSSV.d-1 337.05 mL methane production, while presented 0.10 3.04 production. Therefore, more suitable to be used as starting inoculum UASB.
