摘要: Summary One hundred and fifty patients who presented for transurethral prostatectomy were randomly allocated to one of three groups the purpose anaesthesia. Group A received spinal intradural analgesia, B general anaesthesia with spontaneous ventilation C controlled ventilation. The comparability was established. There no significant differences in corrected blood loss, postoperative morbidity or mortality groups. Dysrhythmias significantly higher B. The results support conclusion that methods choice are analgesia using muscle relaxants final decision is a matter personal preference.
