摘要: WHEN the intracellular Ca2+ concentration of human red cells was increased by treatment with A23187, a divalent cation ionophore, they changed shape from discocyte to echinocyte1–3 and 1,2-diacylglycerol content their membranes increased2–4. In these experiments it seemed that microvesicles budded off microvillus-like projections on echinocytes2,3. We have now isolated examined composition structure.
