摘要: SUMMARY: An increase in cytosolic Ca 2+ concentration lymphocytes leads to activation of triacylglycerol lipase. The 1,2-diacylglycerol produced is converted partly phosphatidate and phosphatidylinositol, resulting greatly increased labelling these phospholipids with 32 P.
