摘要: A quantitative microbial risk assessment was constructed to determine consumer from Staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcal enterotoxin in raw milk. Monte Carlo simulation model developed assess the milk consumption using data on levels of S. collected by University California–Davis Dairy Food Safety Laboratory 2,336 California dairies 2005 2008 U.S. National Health Nutrition Examination Survey 2003 2004.
