摘要: Milk and dairy products are frequently contaminated with enterotoxigenic Staphylococcus aureus, which is often involved in staphylococcal food poisoning. The distribution of genes encoding enterotoxins (SE) S. aureus isolated from bovine, goat, sheep buffalo milk was verified by the presence corresponding SE production. A total 112 strains were tested for production immuno-enzymatic (SEA-SEE) reversed passive latex agglutination (SEA-SED) methods, while multiplex-PCR applied (sea, sec, sed, seg, seh, sei, sej sel). Of studied, 67% detected to have some (se), but only 52% produced a detectable amount classic antigenic types. bovine isolates had enterotoxin SEA, SED sej, SEC sel predominated goat strains. results demonstrated (i) marked strain variations, accordance origin (ii) two methods resulted different information concurred on risk foodstuff infection aureus.
