摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the ability produce enterotoxins and enterotoxin types A through E produced among S. aureus isolated from bulk tank milk in Fars, Iran by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. From September 2010 July 2011 a total 200 cow (n = 50), sheep 40), goat camel 30), buffalo 40) samples were collected 46 randomly selected herds Fars provinces, Iran. In study, 22 raw (11.0%) found be contaminated with aureus. highest prevalence (17.5%), followed (16.0%), (10.0%), (7.5%), (3.4%). synthesize classical 15 (68.2%) isolates. Six isolates (27.3%) SEA, 4 (18.2%) SEC, 3 (13.6%) SED, 1 isolate (5.0%) SEB, (5.6%) both SEA SEC (5.0%). No SEE identifi ed samples. This indicates that presence enterotoxigenic may contribute sources staphylococcal food poisoning
