摘要: Abstract Carcass quality characteristics of young Friesian bulls (17–20 months) were compared with those Piedmontese × (Pied-X) and Belgian Blue (Belg.Bl-X) similar age. The run together on pasture from an age about 12 weeks, slaughtered in three lots each containing 10 breed group. Mean liveweights at slaughter carcass weights (overall mean 296 kg) did not differ significantly between the groups, but weight-adjusted dressing-out percentage was higher (P < 0.001) for Pied-X (57.80) Belg.Bl-X (56.70) groups than group (54.01). total trimmed meat yield (measured as rather individuals) a weight also (76.0) (75.7) (73.2).
