摘要: Abstract Three tRNASer's (tRNASer1, tRNASer3a and tRNASer3b) were highly purified from Escherichia coli by the combined use of several column chromatographic systems, DEAE-Sephadex A-50, BD-cellulose a reverse phase partition system. All three charged with serine using aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases baker's yeast rat liver. tRNASer1 which recognized codons UCA UCG, less effectively UCU, contained uridin-5-oxyacetic acid as well 2-methylthio-N6-(Δ2-isopentenyl)adenosine. On other hand, both tRNASer3b AGU AGC. N-[9-β- d - ribofuranosyl)purine -6- ylcarbamoyl]threonine , while minor constituent similar to but different this threonine-containing adenosine derivative. Chromatographic profiles complete digestion ribonuclease T1 suggested structural similarity between tRNASer3b.
