摘要: The number of Indigenous Australians completing doctoral qualifications is disparately below their non-Indigenous contemporaries. Whilst there has been a steady increase in completions recent years, significant work remains to redress the imbalance. Supervision identified as primary influencer likely success students, yet very little research undertaken this area. This paper examines experiences 11 who hold qualification. It also provides five supervisors were an integral part supervision team one successful graduates. A best-practice framework for offered guide how supervisors, universities and national bodies can contribute building qualified Australians.
