摘要: A novel automatic vigorous-injection assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction procedure based on the use of a modified single-valve sequential injection manifold (SV-SIA) was developed and applied for determination boron in water samples. The major novelties are achieving efficient by means single (250 µL, 900 µL s(-1)) extraction solvent (n-amylacetate) into aqueous phase resulting effective mixing without using after self-separation phases, as well forwarding directly to Z-flow cell (10 mm) holding coil stopped-flow spectrophotometric detection. calibration working range linear up 2.43 mg L(-1) at 426nm wavelength. limit detection, calculated 3s blank test (n=10), found be 0.003 L(-1), relative standard deviation, measured ten replicable concentrations 0.41 determined 5.6%. validation method tested certified reference material.
