摘要: Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu) combined with either Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) or Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) are herb pairs that commonly used in clinical settings. To illustrate the herb-herb interactions occur when extracts from these herbs obtained together, ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled triple quadrupole electrospray tandem mass spectrometry and response surface analysis were used. Volatile components, α-cyperone, nootkatone, ligustilide, senkyunolide A I, accurately identified high precision. When Xiangfu was Danggui at a 1:1 ratio, 2:1 dissolution rates of α-cyperone nootkatone greatly increased, compared to those extract alone. The I changed proportionally changes ratios Chuanxiong. Response results presented polynomial regression equations between tested compounds corresponding input variables, including compatibility proportions solvent dosage. Based on predicted analysis, combination ratio near 1:1, 1:2, resulted maximum five volatile components. Our established method could be applied interaction research, may provide scientific basis for development Rhizoma-Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Rhizoma-Angelicae Radix-based formulas products.
