摘要: The integrated thermal resistance (ITR) of thermoelectric modules (TEMs) is an important parameter that represents the thermal-conduction ceramic substrates, copper conducting strips, and welding material used in TEM as well contact resistances between different materials. In this study, accurate practical test method proposed for ITR TEMs according to heat transfer theory equivalent characteristics flux through cold hot sides open-circuit situation. By using such measurements comparisons, it verified measured value our mode reliable. particular accurately predicts actual operating conditions TEMs, which are under certain mechanical pressure. It effectively solves problem extraction from great significance their analysis optimization.
