摘要: Abstract The polarization dependence of the one- and two-phonon Raman scatterings amorphous semiconductor As x Se 1− systems for 0 ⩽ 0.5 was measured. analysis data by superposition vibrations AsSe 3 pyramids SeSe bonds suggests existence intermediate range interaction in systems. Two phonon spectra 0.3 are explained combination plus overtone first order scatterings. For 0.2, however, processes become predominant. on concentration that chemical orderings
