摘要: Optical absorption has been studied as a function of composition and temperature for poorly investigated Se-rich As x Se1 − noncrystalline alloys. The samples were thin amorphous films bulk glasses. It was shown the first time that above fundamental (Urbach) edge follows Tauc law. only exception to this law is pure selenium, which linear dependence coefficient on photon energy holds. valid over substantial range absorption.
