Burn patients' evaluation of emergency department care

摘要: We examined satisfaction with burn care in 1,418 patients treated 20 community hospital emergency departments. Lower levels of correlated a poorer process measured by number physician deviations from algorithms. The less severely burned and older had higher degrees satisfaction. more satisfied the patient, greater compliance medical regimens better patient outcomes as days lost work perceived disability. If attitudes relate to turn increased outcome, then is an important part overall evaluation department care.
