摘要: Osteosarcoma is the most common primary tumor that affects usually children. Due to its cellular complex and osteoid formation it very difficult understand mechanism behind progressiveness of osteosarcoma. Various animal models are available study issue but they time consuming costly. We aimed invasiveness osteosarcoma induced by SaOS2 cells using chicken chorioallantoic membrane. CAM a well-established model which allows in vivo studies angiogenesis testing anti angiogenic molecules. However only few reports showed forming ability on CAM. Angiogenic was validated various methods. scored direct visualization scanning microscopic analysis. The sprouting growth vessel measured Angioquant software under different volume. analyzed histological staining. Involvement factors at differential stage confirmed molecular protein level expression induces shows aggressiveness rupturing ectodermal layer Growth development depends mainly activation VEGF165, MMP2 MMP9. able reproduce response against stimulation exactly as other without inflammatory reactions. an excellent alternative for studying progression techniques easily, faster affordable way. further provided insight about involvement will enable find suitable therapeutic molecule treatment could provide wide space modern like micro array or situ hybridization have better understanding develop
