摘要: Local pitch contours belonging to the same perceptual or phonological class vary significantly as a result of structure (i.e., segments and their durations) syllables they are associated with. For example, in nuclear rise-fall accents declaratives, peak location (measured from stressed syllable start) can systematically between 150 300 ms function durations (van Santen & Hirschberg, 1994). Yet, there temporal changes local that phonologically significant even though magnitudes do not appear be larger than due segmental effects (e.g., KOhler, 1990; D’Imperio House, 1997).
