摘要: The aim of the present study was to observe effects long-term exposure environmental pollutants during human life. For this purpose, we measured basal levels heavy metals in tissue organs wild rodents. Wild rodents were caught six localities within Higashi-osaka city suburbs Osaka, Japan, and Cr, Cd Pb content compared. In addition, isotope ratios measured. No detectable Hg by ICP-MS liver, kidney, lung, brain When metal contents compared, Cd, kidney higher than liver brain. lung Cr similar kidney; however, no detected lungs any Also, lower kidney. rodent compared with collection locality, only observed as different. Next, when 207/206 ratio different between liver. a significant difference 1 4 localities. conclusion, may be absorbed into absorption routes. spread pollution is well reflected living Japan.
