摘要: PRECERAMIC POLYCARBOSILANE DERIVATIVESABSTRACT Halogenated polycarbosilanes are prepared by reacting a polycarbosilane containing at least 0.1 weight percent Si-H groups with halogenating reagent selected from the group consisting of chlorine, bromine, phosphorus pentachloride, pentabromide, antimony N-chlorosuccinimide, N-bromosuccinimide, sulfonyl chloride, and mixtures CHeXf free radical initiator where e is 0 or 1, f 3 4, sum (e + f) X chlorine bromine. The halogenated polycarbo-silanes can be further treated to produce other derivatized polycarbosilanes. converted silicon carbide ceramic materials pyrolysis elevated temperatures under an inert atmosphere.
