摘要: Testicular germ cell neoplasms are rare, but still the most common malignant tumors arising in young men. About half of these men will present with pure seminoma. Only 5% patients distant metastases, 20% have radiologic evidence retroperitoneal lymph node involvement. Half nodal masses be greater than 2 cm diameter (WARDE et al. 1998). This chapter focus on historical and current use radiotherapy (RT) management this group patients.
