摘要: Thirty-three cases of seminoma with palpable abdominal disease were treated at the Cancer Control Agency B.C. between 1948 and 1983. Twenty-three had confined to abdomen (Stage IIB), eight simultaneous involvement mediastinal supraclavicular nodes IIIB) two bone or pulmonary metastases IV). Five 10-year disease-specific actuarial survivals for whole group 87% 81%, respectively. Corresponding relapse-free survival was 64%.
