摘要: Object Accurate diagnosis of the topographical relationships craniopharyngiomas (CPs) involving third ventricle and/or hypothalamus remains a challenging issue that critically influences prediction risks associated with their radical surgical removal. This study evaluates diagnostic accuracy MRI to define precise between intraventricular CPs, ventricle, and hypothalamus. Methods An extensive retrospective review well-described CPs reported in era 1990 2009 yielded 875 lesions largely or wholly ventricle.
